Curated by Rong Chen (Associate Professor of Shanghai Institute of Visual Art, a leading Chineses type and graphic designer, curator) and Yibing Xu (Associate Professor of Shanghai Institute of Visual Art, a leading motion graphic designer, and design curator), the Shanghai Art & Design Exhibition 2017 is a festival-based exhibition supported by Shanghai Institute of Visual Art, University of the Arts London, Musashino Art University, Prohelvetia, and D&AD Awards.
Exhibitions included Global Visual Art & Design 15 (which I was part of), Mitsuo Katsui’s Visual Arts, Moving Poster Design & Arts, D&AD Best Work of 2017, Design Forum & Speech, and Design Retrospective Show of Shanghai Institute of Visual Art.
The exhibition was open to the public at Liu Haisu Art Museum, one of the leading art museums and multi-functional institutions in Shanghai.
