Adam Art Gallery fund-raising brochure

client: Victoria Unversity, 1997

The crisp, transluscent white of Gilclear paper was key to the design of this brochure — and tested the limits of the paper (and the paper merchants!) by cracking on the folds, and eventually falling apart. The project was finally printed on a ‘normal’ paper stock (opaque card), compromising the concept, which was architectural drawings merging with photographs of the art collection (Bruce Connew) on a drafting type of paper. The title typography is printed on the inside back to front which, when first viewed as folded, reads right way around.
